Well, hello there!
The first post on a brand new blog… Always a bit awkward, isn’t it?
Well, I’ve had to get over myself, because over the coming weeks and months I’ve got so much to share with you as I document the journey of building my online business.
But first, who am I, and why have I decided to start this blog?
I’m Dan Flower, a 37 year old from the Staffordshire/Shropshire border in the UK.
After many years away from internet marketing (although still quietly watching from the sidelines), I restarted my online efforts in the summer of 2024, making more than 140 sales and bringing in around $2.5k in revenue (much to my surprise) from a digital product in the PLR niche.
This was my very first launch starting completely from scratch, and while it wasn’t all profit by any means, it certainly got me excited about the potential for making money online again!
Since then, I’ve continued to build my online business and have launched several products to my tiny yet highly responsive email list, while also promoting offers as an affiliate and working on a few different niche projects and sidelines.
Does this mean I’m now some big-time guru?
Nope, absolutely not!
The money I’m making is frankly tiny (and some people might even laugh)…
But I’ve finally started to get some momentum with my business and I’m so damn excited about the future potential and possibilities that I’ve always known exist when it comes to making money online.
So, I’ve decided to start this blog to document my journey and share what is (and isn’t) working for me today, while also sharing some of my knowledge gained from my many years working in the copywriting and marketing industries.
